Help on HP Photo smart D5300 printer?
I just bought a new printer. And right now its connected to the wall and has its ink cartriges in correct. So now its asking for an alignment page, so I put in some paper into the printer and pressed ok, and when it was starting to print, a paper jam occured. I took it out, and now ive re tried it like 5 times and I keep on getting paper jam. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong, so help!
if you always have paper jam then something is blocking your paper to go in / out smoothly. open up your printer and take a look around the rollers and see if a bit of paper from the first jam is stucked inside. moreover, this can also be because you are using crumpled or a bit folded papers.
