It is easy to learn how to create a vision board and use it as a tool to manifest your want. A vision board is a collage of pictures that represent your goals in all five areas of your life: physical, mental, spiritual, relationship and finances.

Take one hour alone in a quiet place with five sheets of paper, each representing an area of your life, as described above. Take the first ten minutes to relax or even meditate.

It does not matter if you know how to achieve it or not. Rewrite your goals in a positive way. "Get out of debt" will turn to "receive X amount of money. Be positive, is very important.

Cut off some old magazines, search the web or better yet browse your own photo albums and keep your pictures on a piece of cardboard that you will hang in a private place where you will see it every day. If you do not like glue and scissors, just create a more high tech version on your computer as a power point and use it as a screensaver and wallpaper. Add your favorite music and video, and now you have the best visualization tool: a mind movie. Mind movies are very popular and known to be more effective to manifest wishes, because they create more feelings.
The purpose of the vision board is to remind you what you really want and help you stay focused. When you focus your energy like a laser on your desires, the universe will conspire to make a miracle happen in your life. Watching your mind movie twice a day is an easy way to manifest your desires with the Law on attraction.
