Looking for professional photo paper what’s the best kind?
I am looking for photo paper that I can use at home with my HP printer that has the look and feel of genuine photo paper. I am looking for the roughness (texture) of the paper. I’m sure you know what I mean. Regular glossy photo paper is smooth and flat looking and feeling but if you look at a photo taken by a photographer, (example, your baby pics or senior pics) their paper is rough feeling. I want that paper. Can I get it? If anyone has an answer for me I’d be greatly appreciative. Thank you
Professional photographers use many different types of paper. It sounds like you are looking for a matte type paper though.
There are a couple options but my personal favorite is the ilford galerie smooth pearl paper.
Your printer must be an inkjet to use this type of paper though.
