moja..thats only if the woman is in the 3rd trimester…less that 1% of abortions occur at that point..and it isnt because the chick finally decided she didnt fit in her clothes right

it still amazes me that most people still don’t know that almost all D&X abortions, (the ones this is referring to), are NOT the woman’s choice alone, they are health decisions advised by doctors normally due to things like extreme hydroencephalitis where any attempt at live birth would kill both the mother and the fetus. Real medicine in these cases is all about pragmatism, if you can’t save both who is most likely to survive and what do you have to do to protect THAT LIFE…
