Which is a better trimmer for scrap booking?

Will basically use for photos and scrap booking. I saw these in Michael’s Craft store today and the price difference is about 10.
I have a 40% off coupon to use to purchase, but unsure of which one is better. I am in Canada so that is why the prices are higher. . .I know this as I have been to a Michael’s in the US and its MUCH cheaper.
This one was 39.99

I know it has a writeup on the site, but really overall other than for the colours and measurements I do not see a difference. wondering if any scapbookers out there have one of these and can give me some input.

Thanks

I like the second one better. It holds you paper in place while it is being cut the best. I have used both. If you are using this at home (not bring it to crops) and investing in your hobby… My favorite paper trimmer is the fiskar desk top. It will hold your 12×12 piece of paper, it has a higher lip to press the top of your paper up against for cutting. The desk top has a rotary blade. check them out on the same site. With a rotary blade you can buy different cutting blades for it, plus a scoring blade. I use the scallop and deckle blade a lot for scrapbooking. I would recommend one with a rotary blade.
